Position Summary:
Join our mission to transform pharmacy benefits and healthcare navigation as a Senior Full-stack Software Developer. In this role you will assist in leading large projects from design to conclusion, help product managers and designers flesh out requirements, collaborate with developers to establish consistent APIs across our services, and employ best practices for interactions with our API from the frontend.
Position Responsibilities:
- Exercise leadership over team products from design to production.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine technical requirements
- Demonstrate technical leadership at a team level driving on time execution and software delivery
- Design and implement scalable Python-based backend services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine technical requirements
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to system documentation
- Improve test coverage and CI/CD practices
- Operate with autonomy while delivering high-quality, maintainable code
- Provide input into long-term technical planning and improvements
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of related job experience with a broad range of technical skills.
- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and cloud-native services (preferably AWS)
- Comfortable with relational databases like Postgres and familiarity with Elasticsearch
- Familiar with modern CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks
- Exposure to React, Typescript and Node-based API is a bonus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
