Bilingual Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the ActiveCampaign platform to support marketing automation strategies.

Develop and implement automated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer onboarding.

Create and manage customer journeys and workflows within ActiveCampaign to enhance customer engagement and drive conversion rates.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success, to develop and execute integrated campaigns that align with business goals.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize marketing automation strategies.

Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize campaign effectiveness and improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation, and proactively recommend innovative approaches to enhance our automation strategies.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges related to ActiveCampaign, ensuring smooth operations of our marketing automation activities.

Train and educate team members on the effective use of ActiveCampaign, ensuring they have the necessary skills to execute campaigns and workflows.

Requirements:

Excellent English and French

Extensive experience working with ActiveCampaign and a deep understanding of its capabilities and features.

Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing automation campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journeys.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance.

Solid understanding of CRM and marketing automation best practices.

Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and tools to optimize campaigns.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong passion for marketing automation and driving business growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in ActiveCampaign or similar marketing automation platforms.

Experience working in a B2B environment.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization.

Knowledge of other marketing automation tools and integrations.
