Appointment Setting Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Appointment Setting Specialist for our high-ticket coaching program.

As a critical member of our sales team, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients, making it essential that you deliver a positive and professional impression while effectively identifying potential clients who would most benefit from our coaching program. We value candidates with a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage persuasively in conversations.

This role requires someone with familiarity in selling via Instagram DMs, particularly for our audience in Lebanon.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate contact with prospective clients through Instagram DMs, demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude.
  - Engage in conversations to understand potential clients' needs and preferences.
  - Present the unique benefits of our high-ticket coaching program and pique the interest of prospective clients effectively.
  - Pre-qualify leads based on set criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our coaching program in Lebanon.
  - Schedule appointments between qualified leads and our sales team.
  - Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  - Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead qualification processes and strategies.
  - Meet or exceed set performance metrics for lead engagement and conversion.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in appointment setting or a similar role, with a background in high-ticket sales preferred.
  - Familiarity with the fitness industry and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
  - Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in typing (fluency in English is preferable but not a strict requirement).
  - Experience in selling via chat through Instagram DMs.
  - Highly responsive and dedicated to engaging with new leads promptly.
  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  - A strong commitment to meeting and exceeding sales goals.

- Must be based in Lebanon.

Compensation:

This role offers you unlimited income potential based on the number of qualified leads you convert to sales calls that result in program purchases. Your income is entirely up to you, and we believe in rewarding your exceptional performance.
