The Web Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing web experiences that effectively communicate brand messaging and drive user interaction. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining multiple web projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills in web development with a keen eye for aesthetics and user-centered design principles. You will work closely with creative, testing, and experimentation teams to shape and refine web designs based on user behavior and feedback. Accountabilities
- Design, build, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow or similar CMS platforms.
 - Create mockups and interactive prototypes with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to guide development and testing.
 - Apply branding, marketing, and consumer behavior insights to design web experiences that resonate with users.
 - Collaborate with testing and experimentation teams to analyze user interaction data and optimize web performance.
 - Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize and enhance website functionality and aesthetics.
 - Manage deadlines, constructive feedback, and iterative design improvements while maintaining high-quality output.
 - Contribute to a creative team environment, supporting knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving.
 
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing and building websites with Webflow or similar platforms.
 - 1-2 years of experience creating mockups and prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
 - 2-3 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects a plus).
 - Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement and enhance web designs.
 - Strong attention to detail, creativity, and aesthetic sensibility.
 - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
 - Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
 - A digital portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and awareness of current design trends.
