This role is ideal for a technically skilled and customer-focused professional who enjoys solving complex network and system issues in a fast-paced environment. You will provide expert support for advanced multi-service network solutions, collaborating closely with both clients and product teams to ensure seamless operations. The position involves troubleshooting, problem analysis, documentation, and occasional participation in implementation projects. You will play a critical role in maintaining service reliability and delivering high-quality solutions that enhance customer experience. Accountabilities:
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Conduct in-depth problem analysis to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Support installation, configuration, testing, and operational handover during customer implementation projects.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-duty rotation to ensure timely response to critical issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base resources.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback for product improvements.
- Deliver high-quality customer support with a focus on clear communication and satisfaction.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably with network operators, broadcasters, or network equipment vendors.
- Strong network troubleshooting skills including IP, cloud streaming technologies, ARQ protocols, DNS, and gateways.
- Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems and experience troubleshooting complex systems.
- Proven ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers.
- Familiarity with SNMP, REST API management systems, or IP media technologies (ST2110, NMOS) is a plus.
- Experience with media transmission (ASI, SDI, JPEG/MPEG encoders/decoders) is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and autonomous with strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills.
- Multilingual skills are a bonus but not required.
