As a Technical Program Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technical programs within a fast-paced creative marketplace. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to translate product vision into actionable programs, drive execution, and ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders. Accountabilities
In this role, you will:
- Define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization of technical programs in collaboration with engineering leadership.
- Translate product and business objectives into scoped technical initiatives and execution plans.
- Manage end-to-end program delivery, including risk identification, dependency management, and timeline coordination across engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.
- Proactively resolve roadblocks, anticipate challenges, and ensure smooth execution across multiple workstreams.
- Maintain clear communication, documentation, and alignment across teams, keeping stakeholders informed of updates, features, and progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and implement scalable processes.
- Drive continuous improvement of program management practices and methodologies.
Requirements
Candidates should have:
- 5+ years of experience in technical program or product management, preferably in platform engineering or creative tools.
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional technical programs from ideation to delivery.
- Technical literacy or familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of data flows, APIs, ETL pipelines, SQL, and related technical concepts.
- Expertise with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities, and multiple workstreams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to align technical details to business objectives and engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver customer-facing products.
