Sr Software Engineer - Blockchain (Remote - Latam)

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a dynamic blockchain team and help architect, build, and maintain advanced blockchain infrastructure and applications. This role involves designing secure, scalable solutions for high-throughput, low-latency systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Accountabilities

• Architect, build, and maintain blockchain infrastructure and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute complex technical projects.
• Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance blockchain solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize production systems to ensure reliability.
• Contribute to technological strategy and propose innovative solutions.
• Mentor and support junior engineers while promoting best practices in software engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Golang or Java preferred; Kotlin, Rust, Python, or C++ also valued).
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud-native services and tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and AWS.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and debugging skills in production environments.
• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems or trading infrastructure is a strong plus.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills.
