Sr Security Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Technical Program Manager to lead and optimize security initiatives across multiple domains. In this role, you will partner with technical and business stakeholders to streamline security operations, develop metrics-driven frameworks, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will manage complex programs, track progress through robust reporting, and influence strategic security decisions that enhance organizational resilience. This role combines technical expertise, project management skills, and security domain knowledge to deliver measurable impact, foster innovation, and support a secure operational environment. Accountabilities

• Plan, oversee, and manage security initiatives across all security pillars.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and metrics to monitor program success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies, gaps, and operational improvements.
• Implement and track key metrics to measure security program effectiveness.
• Resolve technical and operational issues through root cause analysis and solution implementation.
• Document, review, and adjust security processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Influence security strategy and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage project escalations and coordinate teams to address critical items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in security, project management, or technology programs.
• Strong understanding of security domains and operational best practices.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and mitigate program risks.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Experience in Security or Cloud software solutions.

Preferred: Security certifications (CISA, CISSP), SaaS experience, strong business acumen, and advanced organizational skills
