Sr. QA Operations Associate (Remote - US)

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in QA operations for AI training initiatives. You will oversee the development and execution of quality processes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to validate deliverables and maintain consistency across distributed task writers. This position requires a strong eye for detail, technical expertise in Python and SQL, and the ability to provide constructive feedback to improve workflows at scale. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where collaboration, precision, and problem-solving are key to success.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain quality standards for distributed task submissions, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to task writers, driving continuous improvement in outputs.
• Validate execution outcomes by reviewing SQL database differences and debugging Python verifier scripts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine guidelines, protocols, and QA processes to meet evolving client needs.
• Manage onboarding, assessment, and performance tracking of task writers to ensure project readiness.
• Monitor task performance metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements in workflows.
• Document scalable processes, enablement materials, and operational strategies for writer networks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams in Revenue, Product, and Engineering to align efforts with customer expectations.
• Support the Director of Strategy & Operations with client relationships and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to other high-value client projects as required.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in QA, data operations, or process quality.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to deliver concise, actionable feedback.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL for QA validation and technical troubleshooting.
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities in complex scenarios.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workflows at scale.
• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
• Preferred: experience with QA tools (Jira, Confluence, Sentry, HubSpot), data labeling workflows, or AI/ML training projects.
• Preferred: ability to translate manual QA processes into scalable or automated systems.
• Preferred: prior experience coordinating distributed testers or task writers.
