This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Solutions Architect (Client Integrations) in the United States.
This role offers a strategic opportunity to lead client integrations and technical implementations for enterprise healthcare solutions. You will serve as a key technical advisor, translating complex client requirements into robust integration strategies, and ensuring seamless data connectivity with cloud and backend systems. The Solutions Architect will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage implementation projects from discovery through launch, guiding clients through technical and operational workflows. This position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data structures, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and operational stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multi-threaded projects, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions. This role has a meaningful impact on improving financial and operational outcomes for healthcare clients and their patients.
Accountabilities
- Lead technical and operational discovery sessions with clients to assess integration requirements.
- Translate client data formats to platform infrastructure and schemas.
- Develop and execute data validation workflows, troubleshooting errors and ensuring high data quality.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm solution performance, access, and reliability.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and operational stakeholders.
- Define and implement integration strategies based on client requirements.
- Manage multi-threaded projects, track progress against milestones, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with engineering, product management, and account teams.
- Drive standardization and improvements in integration processes for future client implementations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including 2+ years in client-facing technical project leadership roles.
- Experience with enterprise healthcare systems, digital consumer payments, backend payment processing technologies, or Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms.
- Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with Python preferred.
- Comfortable working with data structures, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Effective communicator, able to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver sustainable solutions.
- Authorized to work full-time in the United States.

- Familiarity with enterprise system integrations or healthcare data platforms.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams during implementation projects.
- Exposure to cloud architecture, networking, security, and change management processes.
