This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect (ITSM + Custom + Integrations) in India.
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead and mentor engineering teams while delivering complex ITSM and custom integration projects. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and implement ServiceNow applications and workflows. You will drive best practices across integration and customization efforts, ensuring robust and efficient systems. This position offers the opportunity to influence technical strategy, provide mentorship, and work on enterprise-level projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ideal candidates are experienced in both technical development and architectural design, with a strong focus on ITSM, customizations, and integrations.
Accountabilities
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM modules, custom applications, and integrations.
- Gather system requirements from end-users, IT teams, and stakeholders to inform solution architecture.
- Configure workflows, UI elements, work orders, inventory, and technician locations to optimize platform efficiency.
- Develop and manage integrations with other systems using REST, SOAP, and other technologies.
- Mentor project team members, conduct peer reviews, and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in user acceptance testing, maintain operational documentation, and remediate production incidents.
- Align architectural solutions with existing technical standards to ensure consistency and stability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, administration, or development.
- Strong expertise in ITSM processes, customizations, and integrations.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Scripted REST APIs, Script Includes, and UI Builder.
- Experience with Web Services integration (SOAP, REST) and automated, bi-directional integrations.
- Knowledge of ETL tools or data extraction technologies such as JDBC/ODBC.
- Ability to create technical design documents, user documentation, and operational SOPs.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and guiding technical strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow CSA, CAD.
