In this role, you will provide advanced technical support to enterprise clients, ensuring smooth operation of complex IT systems and applications. You will handle critical incidents, troubleshoot system-level issues, and guide customers through technical solutions with clarity and efficiency. This position requires strong expertise in Linux, virtualization, networking, and SQL, along with experience supporting cloud and SaaS environments. You will collaborate with internal teams and interact directly with customers, delivering top-tier support that enhances client satisfaction. Accountabilities:
- Deliver high-quality technical support to enterprise clients, handling cases through support portals and inbound calls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level issues related to Linux/Unix systems, virtualization, SQL, and cloud technologies.
- Support mobile device management for Apple iOS/MacOS, Android, and Windows platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline incident resolution processes.
- Document solutions, create FAQs, and maintain knowledge base articles for efficient support delivery.
- Manage escalations and critical system outages, providing timely communication to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in enterprise IT support or equivalent roles.
- Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix systems administration, LAMP servers, networking, PKI, and virtualization.
- Experience with SaaS/Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Docker) and microservices architectures.
- Enterprise support and B2B customer-facing experience.
- Solid SQL database knowledge and query writing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to handle critical incidents calmly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with DNS, IP networking, firewalls, SMTP, HTTPS, load balancers, ActiveSync, and email systems.
- Linux, VMware, Cisco, or Microsoft certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCTS, VCP).
- Knowledge of LDAP administration and PKI/SCEP protocols.
