Accountabilities:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems, frameworks, and APIs that support reporting, billing, and monetization.
• Collaborating with engineers, product managers, and leadership to translate product visions into actionable deliverables.
• Providing operational support for engineering teams and platform operations.
• Mentoring junior engineers and helping elevate technical skills across the team.
• Building high-quality, well-tested code that is scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
• Participating in architecture design, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, with significant backend development expertise.
• Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining production services in a service-oriented architecture.
• Strong coding skills, with a focus on high-quality, well-tested code.
• Familiarity with financial reporting, billing, payment systems, or related frameworks is a plus.
• Interest or experience in blockchain, crypto, or open financial systems is highly desirable.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
