Senior .NET Developer (Remote - Europe)

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will design and implement robust backend systems that power AI-driven applications in a fast-growing, innovative environment. You will work closely with AI, QA, and product teams to build scalable, high-performance services and data pipelines. This role requires a hands-on engineer who thrives on technical challenges, delivering reliable cloud-based solutions while contributing to architectural decisions and the long-term evolution of the platform. Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using .NET / .NET Core in cloud environments.
• Build and manage data pipelines and integrate systems with AI and external platforms.
• Work with modern infrastructure tools including Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, OpenSearch, and Redis to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment best practices for repeatable and robust operations.
• Collaborate with AI, QA, and product teams to translate business and research requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to backend architecture discussions and guide the evolution of the platform for long-term scalability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in backend development using .NET / .NET Core and AWS environments.
• Proven experience designing APIs, distributed systems, and production data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, performance, and reliability best practices.
• Familiarity with modern cloud and data technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, OpenSearch, Redis) or strong aptitude to learn quickly.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and end-to-end ownership skills.
• Solid system design and architecture judgment with the ability to evaluate trade-offs.
• Strong product sense, balancing speed, iteration, and value delivery.
• Adaptable and pragmatic mindset suitable for fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted development or familiarity with AI-driven systems is a plus.
