Senior DevOps Engineer (Remote - Latam)

This role offers the opportunity to lead the design, automation, and optimization of cloud infrastructure supporting critical business applications. You will be responsible for building resilient, scalable environments while improving operational efficiency and security. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), maintain CI/CD pipelines, and monitor performance to ensure reliability. The position emphasizes both hands-on technical execution and strategic influence, allowing you to shape cloud architecture and deployment practices. With a fully remote setup, you will contribute to a high-impact, dynamic environment while leveraging automation and AI-driven solutions to optimize processes.

Accountabilities

• Architect and implement highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and operations.
• Automate provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Monitor system performance, optimize cloud usage, and manage cost efficiency.
• Enforce cloud security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve reliability, scalability, and automation.

Requirements

• Proven experience with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation strategies.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Scripting skills in Python and PowerShell for automation and operational tasks.
• Solid understanding of networking, cloud security fundamentals, and compliance.
• Ability to leverage AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
