Accountabilities:
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify problems, opportunities, and hypotheses, designing and executing experiments to test solutions.
- Perform exploratory analysis to understand user engagement patterns and inform future experimentation roadmaps.
- Develop segmentation strategies using propensity models to target users with personalized offers and experiences.
- Build automated dashboards and executive-facing reports to track acquisition, monetization, and engagement trends.
- Advocate for data-driven solutions and collaborate cross-functionally to advance initiatives grounded in analytics.
- Monitor and analyze high-volume experiments to optimize product experience and revenue flows.
- Communicate complex analytical findings effectively to business stakeholders, translating insights into actionable strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- 6+ years of experience applying analytics to drive business decisions, including business, product, or marketing analytics.
- Proven ability to work independently and proactively engage with business stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with statistical analysis, regression, and decision tree techniques.
- Experience designing and analyzing multivariate experiments to optimize product or revenue outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong leadership and influence capabilities.
- Programming/scripting proficiency and familiarity with Python or similar statistical packages is a plus.
- Preferred: product analytics experience in a SaaS company; Master’s or higher in a quantitative discipline.
