Accountabilities

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will:

• Perform analyses to support organizational and client improvement initiatives.
• Conduct data validation tests to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Collaborate with clients, clinicians, and internal teams to enhance healthcare outcomes.
• Manage assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, on time, and meet project requirements.
• Ensure all work aligns with organizational standards, principles, and best practices.
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize data processes and workflows.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and Python.
• 2+ years of experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar).
• 2+ years of experience with ETL processes and Databricks.
• 2+ years of experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Advanced English proficiency to communicate effectively with US-based clients.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with large-scale healthcare data or claims processing.
• Familiarity with data quality frameworks, monitoring, and pipeline automation.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
