Senior Analytics Data Developer (Remote - India)

Accountabilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of healthcare analytics software solutions for HIS products and clients.
• Implement enterprise-scale applications, reporting solutions, and data-driven products.
• Collaborate within agile teams of engineers and developers to create impactful solutions.
• Support global product development initiatives, ensuring solutions meet diverse customer needs.
• Work across teams to integrate cloud-based data systems and optimize performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 5 years of experience in software development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with ETL processes and designing/supporting data pipelines.
• Minimum 3 years of cloud-based software development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience in data product development and data engineering.
• 3+ years working in agile development environments.
• Experience in healthcare data analysis (FHIR, HL7/X12 claims and clinical data).
• At least 1 year of Amazon QuickSight development for enterprise solutions.
• 2+ years of cloud-based development within AWS (S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, Athena).
• Skills in product planning, requirements gathering, and translating customer needs into technical solutions.
