This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Assistant in India.
In this role, you will support project teams across various stages of clinical studies, ensuring smooth coordination, administration, and timely delivery of study-related tasks. You will work closely with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Clinical Research Associates to maintain project files, track progress, and manage communications efficiently. The role involves handling documentation, regulatory tracking, vendor and site invoice reconciliation, and assisting with team training and compliance activities. You will contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of project operations while gaining exposure to clinical research processes, systems, and cross-functional collaboration. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop organizational, communication, and project management skills in a dynamic and global clinical research environment.
Accountabilities
- Support project teams with administrative and coordination tasks for assigned studies.
 - Maintain project documentation within CTMS and eTMF, including trackers, contacts, and study files.
 - Verify and track vendor and site invoices, and ensure timely reconciliation.
 - Track project-specific training, follow up with team members, and assist in maintaining training records.
 - Support regulatory document management by uploading, entering metadata, and ensuring proper filing.
 - Assist in preparing project status reports, tracking enrollment, and reviewing site close-out documents.
 - Help manage requests for system access and support other administrative activities within the Project Management department.
 
Requirements
- Experience in clinical research and familiarity with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments is an asset.
 - Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
 - Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 - Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines efficiently.
 - Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
 - Quick learner with strong adaptability and versatility.
 - Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
