Accountabilities:

• Develop and manage support systems for Community Leaders across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Hivebrite, Brex, and G-Suite.
• Own ongoing enablement programs, performance tracking, and payroll management to support leader effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Community Leaders to identify operational pain points and implement innovative, scalable solutions.
• Maintain proactive communication to troubleshoot issues and enhance user experience.
• Track and analyze KPIs and community health metrics to inform strategies for retention, growth, and revenue impact.
• Deliver actionable, data-driven insights that improve operations and inform decision-making.
• Partner cross-functionally to align systems with business needs and optimize internal workflows.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Community Leaders, recommending strategies to boost productivity and exceed revenue goals.

Requirements

• Solid experience in operations, marketing operations, or business operations, with a proven ability to scale systems and workflows.
• Advanced proficiency as a CRM administrator with strong cross-platform automation skills.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder, especially with revenue-focused teams.
• Capable of creating easy-to-adopt training and enablement content.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate complex metrics into clear recommendations.
• A strategic systems thinker who thrives on solving operational challenges through scalable solutions.
• Comfortable working autonomously and learning quickly in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
