This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Program Manager, Training Governance in the United States.
In this role, you will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of training governance frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality learning experiences across multiple sites. You will design standards, certification programs, and reporting mechanisms to measure training effectiveness, while partnering with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable improvements. This position requires balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment, ensuring training programs are efficient, measurable, and impactful. You will influence internal and external stakeholders, foster continuous improvement, and serve as a key driver of training excellence across the organization. Your work will directly affect operational performance, employee readiness, and overall service quality.
Accountabilities:
- Establish and implement governance frameworks to ensure training consistency and quality across multiple sites and partners.
- Define training efficacy standards and design a Trainer Certification program to maintain facilitation excellence.
- Oversee onboarding and training setup processes for new sites, ensuring alignment with established standards.
- Launch and guide Training Excellence Leads to promote adherence to quality frameworks.
- Monitor training performance through reporting mechanisms that track completion, engagement, and operational impact.
- Ensure accurate training enrollment, access, scheduling, and compliance with operational processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including trainer observations, calibrations, and reinforcement frameworks.
- Partner with Learning Design and cross-functional teams to translate quality insights into actionable strategies for training content, facilitation, and environment improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Delivery, preferably in a BPO or large-scale support environment.
- Proven experience designing and implementing governance or quality assurance frameworks for training programs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience creating and reporting on training metrics and performance data.
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles and facilitation best practices.
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting tools.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across teams.
