As a Mobile App Developer specializing in Flutter, you will play a key role in modernizing and maintaining mobile applications that impact users across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert existing native iOS and Android apps to Flutter, streamline development processes, and implement new features efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely in a dynamic environment, where you can apply your expertise, continuously improve your skills, and influence the quality and performance of mobile applications. You will also ensure best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD pipelines, contributing to scalable, maintainable, and high-performing apps. Accountabilities:

• Convert and maintain existing native iOS and Android apps into Flutter to enhance maintainability.
• Develop and enhance mobile applications following best practices in coding, CI/CD, and unit testing.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and implement new app features.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver new functionalities on schedule.
• Continuously learn and adopt emerging technologies to improve app performance and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in mobile app development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter.
• Familiarity with native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Java/Kotlin) development is a plus.
• Good command of English (Intermediate level or higher) for both written and spoken communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work proactively in a remote team environment.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code and follow established development best practices.
