As a Mid-Level Flutter Engineer, you will contribute to developing and delivering innovative mobile solutions across a variety of industries, from automotive to fintech. Accountabilities
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following established development standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, estimate tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring best practices.
- Support teammates through pair programming and knowledge sharing to maintain a high-quality codebase.
- Engage in technical discussions to improve architecture, testing strategy, and development processes.
- Communicate progress clearly during meetings and ensure reliability in task delivery and collaboration.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer, ideally with experience in Flutter or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design principles.
- Familiarity with software architecture, modularization, REST APIs, and database design.
- Hands-on experience with Git, command line tools, and IDEs for efficient development workflows.
- Ability to write and maintain automated tests (unit, widget, and integration).
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions and collaborate across teams.
