We are seeking a Lead System Architect to design, plan, and oversee complex IT systems and cloud infrastructures in a dynamic and growth-focused environment. You will translate strategic business goals into scalable, future-proof technical architectures, ensuring stability, performance, and security. The role acts as a bridge between technical implementation and business requirements, leading cross-functional teams, coordinating projects, and driving innovation. You will be responsible for shaping architecture roadmaps, establishing standards, and guiding stakeholders at all levels, making a tangible impact on operational excellence and technological advancement. Accountabilities:
- Analyze enterprise-wide requirements and develop robust, forward-looking system architectures that support critical business processes and user needs.
- Design overarching system structures, incorporating hardware, software, and network components, and leverage modeling tools to visualize complex relationships.
- Ensure integration of all system components, defining resilient interfaces and communication architectures for stable cross-system operations.
- Lead cross-functional teams through technical implementation and guide architecture roadmaps, prioritizing technical decisions effectively.
- Establish quality standards through strategic use of test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, security, and best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide advisory support to management and business units on technological opportunities, particularly regarding cloud platforms and innovation strategies.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT qualification, with several years of experience as a system architect in complex, mature IT landscapes.
- Deep technical expertise in network architectures, software development, database systems, and modern cloud technologies, applied effectively in solution design and implementation.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing scalable IT architectures, leading interdisciplinary projects and teams.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex requirements and design innovative system solutions with high strategic value.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including non-technical audiences and executive leadership.
- Commitment to continuous development, ideally with architecture-related certifications, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset to drive technical and personal growth.
