IT Solution Architect (Remote - US)

We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions that align with business needs. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into actionable architectures. You will play a critical role in shaping digital transformation initiatives, ensuring architectural consistency, and mentoring colleagues on best practices. Accountabilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical architectures and design patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define solutions for complex challenges.
• Act as an architecture champion by mentoring colleagues, enforcing best practices, and guiding governance activities.
• Evaluate diverse technologies, platforms, and vendors to recommend optimal solutions.
• Contribute to enterprise reference architecture, strategy, and long-term technology roadmaps.
• Create and maintain solution templates, blueprints, and relevant documentation.
• Provide guidance on enterprise adoption of new standard technologies while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, incorporating them into organizational strategies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in solution architecture or technical design roles with proven success in large-scale projects.
• Strong background in implementing architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Exposure to diverse platforms, processing environments, and modern methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
• Experience with work management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Knowledge of developing architecture strategies, blueprints, and roadmaps.
• Preferred certifications: TOGAF, ITIL, CISSP-ISSAP (or equivalent).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to assess financial impacts of architectural decisions and align solutions with business goals.
