We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Head of Engineering to lead and grow a dynamic team focused on application development and data systems. Accountabilities
The Head of Engineering will:
- Lead, mentor, and scale engineering teams to deliver high-quality and reliable applications.
- Own the technical architecture and development of key applications and data systems.
- Collaborate with product, data, and business stakeholders to align technology with strategic goals.
- Establish and enforce engineering best practices, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and excellence.

Requirements
Candidates should have:
- 10+ years of engineering experience, including significant leadership roles in media, advertising, or entertainment.
- Proven success in leading engineering organizations and delivering complex, high-impact applications.
- Strong expertise in application development, data systems, and system architecture.
- Track record of developing technical strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams.
- U.S.-based, with a preference for candidates located in New York.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building and scaling distributed teams.
