This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives that directly impact customer engagement and business growth. You will manage end-to-end program planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment across teams such as Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations. By translating high-level strategy into actionable programs, you will ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently, meet customer needs, and drive measurable adoption. This is a high-visibility role with significant influence on revenue and operational effectiveness, ideal for a detail-oriented and strategic leader comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs in a fast-paced environment.
Accountabilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of GTM programs, from strategy and planning to execution and measurement.
- Align and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and delivery of initiatives.
- Design customer-centric programs that enhance experience, drive adoption, and maximize value.
- Build program management frameworks, dashboards, and processes to improve visibility, accountability, and execution speed.
- Track and report program performance, sharing insights and recommendations to refine strategies.
- Support organizational readiness for new initiatives, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption across internal teams and customers.
- Communicate program updates, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management within GTM strategy teams.
- Proven ability to manage and execute end-to-end programs in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment.
- Strong experience with Salesforce, including workflow design, dashboards, and reporting.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs and influencing without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.
- Experience leveraging customer insights and data to inform program design and measure success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- PMP, PgMP, or other program management certifications are a plus.
