This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Web3 and blockchain applications, delivering seamless full-stack solutions that bridge traditional web experiences with decentralized technology. You will be part of a fast-moving, globally distributed engineering team, contributing to architecture, feature development, and platform optimization. Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Contribute to architecture decisions for frontend and backend systems to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
- Integrate Web3 technologies, including smart contracts, wallets, and blockchain APIs, into the platform.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality features end-to-end.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to technical discussions.
- Ensure applications are optimized, secure, and maintainable across distributed systems.
- Continuously explore new Web3 and blockchain technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Web3, blockchain, or crypto-related projects.
- Strong hands-on expertise with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Experience building and deploying cloud-based systems (AWS, GCP, or similar).
- Understanding of smart contract integrations and blockchain fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Must be based in Latin America.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or NestJS.
- Familiarity with crypto exchanges, NFTs, or decentralized finance platforms.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Contributions to open-source Web3 projects.
