In this role, you will lead the development of modern, scalable, and high-performing digital products while guiding a team of engineers through complex technical challenges. You will be responsible for driving architectural decisions, ensuring code quality, and facilitating seamless collaboration across design, engineering, and client-facing teams. This position demands strong leadership, hands-on expertise in React.js and Node.js, and the ability to translate business needs into elegant technical solutions. You will contribute to product strategy, mentor engineers, and uphold engineering best practices. Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end development efforts, delivering secure, scalable, and well-tested full stack solutions using React.js and Node.js.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to communicate project status, clarify requirements, and provide technical recommendations.
- Oversee planning and estimation activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across sprints and Agile ceremonies.
- Craft high-quality code that is performant, maintainable, reusable, and aligned with architectural standards.
- Support requirement gathering, feature presentations, and demonstrations for clients.
- Drive implementation of architectural patterns, quality standards, and best practices across the engineering team.
- Mentor engineers, lead Communities of Practice, and support the growth of technical capabilities across the organization.
- Ensure alignment with user needs by partnering with designers and product teams to identify pain points and iterate on solutions.
- Operate autonomously throughout the development cycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring consistent delivery excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full stack development with deep expertise in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, UI/UX fundamentals, and component lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, working with Node.js, and developing enterprise-grade systems.
- Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming principles, SOLID principles, UML/C4 modeling, and modern architectural patterns such as microservices or serverless.
- Familiarity with OWASP guidelines, CI/CD pipelines, ORMs, cloud environments (AWS), and unit testing practices.
- Experience mentoring engineers, collaborating across global teams, and contributing to technical decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and delivering consistently in fast-paced settings.
