Full Stack Software Engineer (.Net/React) (Remote - US)

This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge digital products in a collaborative, innovative environment. You will work across multiple technology stacks, applying best practices in software engineering and ensuring that applications meet business goals and user needs. The position requires close partnership with product managers and cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership and guidance while championing Agile practices such as paired programming, test-driven development, and continuous integration. Accountabilities

• Participate in inception and iteration planning meetings, providing technical guidance and input to product backlogs.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders across portfolios to ensure alignment and consistency of technical strategy.
• Serve as an expert in one or more technology stacks, sharing knowledge across teams and mentoring peers.
• Lead and participate in daily standups, retrospectives, and Agile practices, encouraging constructive feedback.
• Support software products in production, ensuring reliability, security, and performance standards are met.
• Implement and maintain continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines.
• Coach and guide team members on best practices in software design, development, and testing.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and React; Java experience is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and database design.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and general networking and infrastructure practices.
• Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong business curiosity and initiative to understand user needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
