Accountabilities
As a Full Stack - Flutter Developer, you will:
- Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring a mobile-first, responsive design.
- Build and maintain back-end services using Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Storage) and implement scalable relational data flows.
- Design and implement role-based user journeys, secure logins, milestone tracking, and progress architecture.
- Ship features rapidly, refactor code for maintainability, and document work clearly for team collaboration.
- Support app growth across multiple languages, starting with English and Urdu, with potential expansion to other regions.
- Collaborate with designers and product teams using Figma for UI/UX handoff and improvements.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with strong expertise in Flutter and Dart.
- Experience with back-end services, relational databases, and authentication workflows; familiarity with Supabase or Firebase is a plus.
- Strong understanding of mobile-first design, responsive layouts, and cross-platform architecture.
- Ability to build clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
