Full Stack Developer with SAFe Agile Experience

This role provides the opportunity to work on complex, high-performance applications that serve critical business and operational needs. You will develop and maintain full-stack solutions using C#, Angular, Spring Boot, Java, and SQL, contributing to every stage of the software development lifecycle. Working within a SAFe Agile framework, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features while ensuring scalability, performance, and quality. Accountabilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and system improvements.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable full-stack applications using C#, Angular, Spring Boot, Java, and SQL.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Apply SAFe Agile principles and participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, delivering timely and effective solutions.
• Continuously improve systems and processes to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in full-stack development with C#, Angular, Spring Boot, Java, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile principles and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and project management tools like Jira.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual access requirements.
• Preferred: experience in aerospace or defense, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms.
