Accountabilities
- Ensuring the smooth functioning of deployed systems
- Manage system infrastructure and technology tools
- Monitoring for performance and potential issues in a proactive manner
- Governing database operations
- Troubleshoot issues and outages remotely and on-site
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation
- Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures and policies
- Automating repetitive system administration jobs
- Ensuring security and efficiency of deployed infrastructure
- International travel is part of the role
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows and Linux based OS
- Experience managing automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Salt, etc.
- Cloud infrastructure know-how
- Experience with SQL language and database maintenance and management - Oracle DB, MySQL, MS SQL
- Experience with Zabbix monitoring automation
- Fluent with versioning tools - GIT
- Mastery of configuration management - SaltStack
- Basic programming and scripting skills - Python / Bash / Powershell / Perl / YAML / Jinja / HTML
- Strong IT support and management skills with Incident, Change, and Configuration Management
- Driver's license category B, active driver
- Proficiency in English of intermediate or higher level
