In this role, you will drive growth and strengthen partnerships with dealership clients, promoting indirect lending programs and providing consultative support to optimize their operations. You will act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that improve customer experiences. This role combines business development, strategic account management, and financial acumen, offering an opportunity to influence market presence and operational excellence. You will monitor local market trends, identify new opportunities, and implement strategies to drive profitability and continuous improvement. Residency in Nashville is required, and the position involves travel and flexible working arrangements to meet client and business needs.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners, acting as a consultant to enhance client experience.
  • Identify and pursue new customer relationships through networking, market research, and targeted outreach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Monitor market conditions and industry trends to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement within your territory.
  • Support dealer base growth and operational excellence, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in auto financing, credit management, financial services, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and consult effectively.
  • Strategic and forward-thinking mindset, capable of motivating teams and achieving goals in a competitive environment.
  • Flexibility and perseverance to handle variable working hours and occasional travel requirements.
  • Ability to identify challenges and develop alternative solutions promptly.
