Accountabilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning and statistical models in cloud environments, ensuring robust production deployment.
- Integrate and analyze data from multiple systems to support predictive modeling, forecasting, classification, and segmentation.
- Continuously monitor model performance, retraining as necessary and incorporating new data sources.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to optimize workflows and ensure reliable model integration.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives by translating complex analytical results into actionable business solutions.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 2+ years, or PhD in a data or technology-intensive field.
- Professional experience with machine learning and statistical techniques, including regression, ensemble models, clustering, forecasting, and time series analysis.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; R or similar languages considered.
- Experience with ML/statistical packages such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, SciPy, NumPy, or equivalent R packages.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Agile development methodologies.
- Professional experience in financial services, fintech, banking, credit risk, or similar industries.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including ability to communicate complex technical topics to executives.
