This role offers the opportunity to lead advanced analytics initiatives and drive actionable insights across multiple business functions. As a Data Analytics Manager, you will design, implement, and manage data models, dashboards, and predictive analytics that influence strategic decision-making. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. This position blends technical expertise with leadership and change management, providing an environment where innovation, data-driven thinking, and measurable business impact are central to your daily work.
Accountabilities
- Lead strategic analytics projects, including elasticity models, failure-rate predictions, dynamic safety stock, customer churn, and historic customer behavior analyses.
- Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards, ensuring single-source-of-truth metrics for KPIs.
- Prepare and present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Support collaborative data analytics initiatives and research across teams.
- Continuously assess and refine analytical methodologies to improve accuracy and relevance of insights.
- Translate complex analytics into clear narratives and actionable plans for executives.
Champion change management by training end users, gathering feedback, and monitoring adoption of analytics tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience managing and analyzing large datasets using Python or R, with strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, strategic planning, or data analytics.
- Strong communication skills, able to convey insights verbally and via presentations (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, negotiate priorities, and drive results.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with a sense of urgency and ownership.
