We are seeking a Cloud Priority Support Integration Engineer to provide expert-level technical support for cloud-based systems and integrations. In this role, you will troubleshoot complex issues, support API and integration workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, high-performance operations. Accountabilities
As a Cloud Priority Support Integration Engineer, you will:
- Serve as the main technical expert for cloud product APIs and integrations, providing guidance and support to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents across software, networking, and hardware environments.
- Develop and maintain scripts for internal and external use (Python, API, PowerShell) to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, product management, and other internal teams to deliver timely, high-quality solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cloud technologies, storage, virtualization, and business applications to support client requests effectively.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff and contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience with APIs, API headers, requests, and troubleshooting integration issues.
- Experience with 1st and 3rd party SaaS integrations and network troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, tcpdump, iperf).
- Proficiency in configuring and deploying services such as DHCP, DNS, L2TP/IPSEC/OpenVPN, and HTTP servers.
- Experience with Windows Server, analyzing logs, dumps, and application-level troubleshooting (Procmon, Process Explorer).
- Familiarity with business applications such as MS Exchange, MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, Citrix XenApp, and NTP servers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written); Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus.
Preferred:
- Linux experience, virtualization, or managed service provider (MSP) exposure.
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a focus on customer satisfaction.
