This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Azure Integration Solution Lead cum Senior Developer in India.
As an Azure Integration Solution Lead cum Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering enterprise-scale integration solutions on Azure. You will lead the design and development of robust integration landscapes, drive technical excellence, and ensure security, scalability, and high performance across the ecosystem. Acting as the bridge between business and technical teams, you will guide architecture decisions, oversee delivery, and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers. This is a strategic and hands-on role offering the opportunity to influence integration strategy, modernize legacy systems, and enable seamless digital transformation for the business.
Accountabilities
- Own solution architecture and design for complex Azure-based integration landscapes.
- Oversee the development of APIs, Logic Apps, and Function Apps while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Drive best practices for API Management policies, Service Bus, Event Grid, and secure credential management using Key Vault.
- Establish Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep/ARM templates) and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Provide technical guidance on error handling, logging, monitoring (App Insights, Log Analytics), and high-availability strategies.
- Translate business requirements into integration designs and lead requirement workshops, walkthroughs, and UAT sessions.
- Manage the delivery of multiple integration initiatives with strong RAID tracking and risk mitigation planning.
- Oversee sprint planning, release governance, and compliance with data privacy, audit, and regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of Azure developers, testers, and DevOps engineers while ensuring adherence to coding standards and review processes.
- Report progress, risks, and delivery metrics to senior management and serve as the primary point of escalation for integration issues.
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT experience, including at least 4 years in Azure integration projects and 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Azure Integration Services: API Management, Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Key Vault.
- Hands-on experience with Bicep/ARM templates, YAML pipelines, GitOps practices, and Infrastructure-as-Code principles.
- Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, SOA, REST, SOAP, and event-driven architectures.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable technical integration solutions.
- Strong people leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, and MS Project.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-305, AZ-400, or Integration specialization) are strongly preferred.
