In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and ML solutions on the Azure platform, driving innovation across enterprise applications. You will work with large language models (LLMs), implement prompt engineering, and design scalable AI pipelines while ensuring best practices in AI lifecycle management. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, translate complex AI concepts into deployable solutions, and integrate AI services such as Azure Machine Learning and Cognitive Services. The role emphasizes responsible AI, CI/CD implementation, and optimization for performance and cost-efficiency. Ideal candidates are technically strong, experienced in Azure DevOps, and passionate about advancing AI capabilities in enterprise environments.
Accountabilities
- Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models using Azure AI Foundry and associated services.
- Design and optimize AI pipelines for scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement prompt engineering strategies and other techniques for LLM performance.
- Integrate AI models and agents with enterprise applications across business domains.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into deployable AI solutions.
- Apply DevOps and CI/CD best practices for AI development, testing, and deployment.
- Adhere to responsible AI principles throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in AI/ML development with hands-on experience on Azure AI platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or equivalent languages.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI integration.
- Proficiency with Azure services including Azure DevOps, Azure Machine Learning, and Cognitive Services.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills for translating complex AI concepts to stakeholders.
