We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of complex projects in a dynamic, remote work environment. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, budgets, and timelines, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external vendors and internal staff, to manage system integration, reporting, and overall project progress. Accountabilities:
- Plan, budget, and oversee all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to completion.

- Monitor project performance, prepare status reports, and maintain project documentation.
- Work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable procedures throughout project execution.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in project management or a related field, preferably in information systems or system integration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing projects for state agencies is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate, and report on multi-faceted projects.
- Familiarity with standard project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience working with external vendors, quality assurance, and major information resources projects is a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely with initiative and independent judgment.
