AI Engineer (Remote - India)

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join a high-performing team responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI capabilities on a cutting-edge platform. In this role, you will build robust AI systems that power mission-critical business automation for global enterprises. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor fellow engineers while staying at the forefront of AI and cloud technologies. Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and deploy large-scale AI-driven applications with high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Build and maintain AI workflows and pipelines using LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and other AI frameworks.
• Implement microservices and cloud-native architectures using AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize and maintain AI models, data pipelines, and storage solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Mentor and support fellow engineers, conducting code reviews and promoting engineering best practices.
• Stay current with emerging AI trends, cloud technologies, and tools to drive innovation within the team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building large-scale cloud-based distributed applications.
• Strong expertise in AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency in Python and Java, with experience in NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Hands-on experience with model deployment frameworks (TensorFlow Serving, MLflow) and containerized deployments using Kubernetes.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS applications, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of databases and data stores, including MongoDB, AWS DocumentDB, SQL Server, MySQL.
• Familiarity with Linux, Apache Tomcat, Nginx, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Skilled in CI/CD processes, infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and security best practices for distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and collaborate in a remote, distributed team environment.
• Proficient in English at C1 level, with strong communication skills.
