Agentic AI Developer (Remote - Latam)

As an Agentic AI Developer, you will be responsible for building autonomous AI agent systems that can plan, reason, and execute complex tasks independently. You will work with cutting-edge AI frameworks and large language models to create intelligent agents capable of interacting with tools, APIs, and external systems. This role offers the opportunity to shape the next generation of AI-driven automation, collaborating with a remote team to develop innovative solutions with real-world impact. You will design multi-agent systems, implement memory and planning mechanisms, and ensure secure, efficient operation of AI agents.

Accountabilities

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGPT.
• Develop multi-agent systems that collaborate to solve complex problems efficiently.
• Create agent coordination and planning frameworks, including short- and long-term memory systems.
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and external services to extend their capabilities.
• Implement tool-calling functionalities and function invocation mechanisms for agents.
• Ensure robust security measures and protection barriers are integrated within AI systems.
• Apply advanced reasoning and planning techniques to optimize agent decision-making.

Requirements

• Proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and similar AI agent frameworks.
• Experience with OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude API, or other open-source LLMs.
• Advanced skills in prompt engineering, ReAct prompting, Chain-of-Thought, and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation).
• Strong programming ability in Python (async programming, OOP).
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.
• Expertise in LlamaIndex for data connections and retrieval.
• Solid experience in API development and integration, tool usage, and function calling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
