Director, Climate Impact – Global Sustainability Team

We are seeking an experienced sustainability leader to drive JLL's net zero program. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams across the organization to deliver collaborative plans and achieve ambitious net zero goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Delivery & Leadership: Direct program management activities across cross‑functional teams; lead successful delivery of net zero program workstreams; document and communicate program progress and implementation approaches.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with program stakeholders and internal working groups; develop understanding of core business functions; drive annual program evolution through relationship building and stakeholder feedback; provide strategic recommendations on emission reduction opportunities and climate impact program improvement.
• Program Evolution & Continuous Improvement: Drive annual program evolution through best‑practice recommendations; support continuous improvement of program delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading net zero or sustainability program implementation at an enterprise level.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder sustainability programs—preferably on a corporate sustainability team.
• Education in Project Management, Environmental Science, Environmental Policy, or related fields.
• Advanced program delivery experience and strategic implementation plan development for corporate sustainability initiatives.
• Exceptional organizational, program execution, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to excel in a fast‑paced senior‑leadership environment.

Other Requirements

• Locations: Toronto, Chicago, Boston, Atlanta.
• Work‑Life Integration: 1–2 days at local office, remainder remote.
• Domestic & International travel: 2–4 times per year.

Estimated Compensation

120,000.00 – 180,000.00 USD per year
