Technical Project Manager (JetBrains Cloud Platform)

AI is no longer just an assistant inside the editor – it is becoming an active participant in how software is planned, built, reviewed, and operated across teams and organizations. This shift brings challenges that cannot be solved at the level of individual tools alone, challenges that involve governance, security, cost control, observability, and coordination between humans and autonomous agents.

The JetBrains Platform team is building the foundation that connects developer workflows, team-level collaboration, and organizational control into a single coherent system. The platform is both deeply integrated with JetBrains products and designed to work across teams, products, and environments.

We’re now looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Project Management team and ensure the success of complex initiatives that affect all aspects of the JetBrains Platform. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of product, infrastructure, and engineering domains, closely collaborating with highly experienced teams on platform features and improvements that support JetBrains products.

In this role, you will:

• Drive and coordinate initiatives for the JetBrains Platform.
• Align multiple teams and stakeholders around shared goals and timelines.
• Support planning and execution, helping teams move from ideas to delivery.
• Track progress and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Help improve delivery and collaboration practices.

• Experience working as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in product- or platform-focused teams.
• Ability to handle several parallel initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and confidence working with various types of stakeholders.
• Structured thinking and a strong focus on outcomes.
• Comfort working with complex technical systems.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and Agile practices.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with platform or infrastructure-related products.
• Technical background or hands-on development experience.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
