The Regional Sanitation Manager is responsible for supporting multiple Sanitation Managers across several plants, overseeing sanitation operations, and establishing sanitation standards. This role will be based in a remote/home office and cover multiple plants.
Requirements
- Preferred not required, Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or Operations Management or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related sanitation experience within food industry
- Proven ability to lead, influence and inspire people and promote quality, safety, and teamwork
- Strong computer skills
- Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities
- Strong organization, mechanical aptitude, problem solving, decision and technical skills
- Strong communication and analytical skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Ability to travel— required up to 60%
