Who We’re Looking For
We’re in search of a Full Stack Developer to join our team immediately. Our ideal candidate brings strong experience in .NET/C# development, full-stack web applications, and relational database design. We value a security-first mindset, attention to code quality, and a passion for building efficient, scalable solutions.
Instead of the typical job description, here's a breakdown of tasks and qualities we're looking for in our potential team member:
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET/C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Build and optimize relational databases, writing efficient SQL queries and ensuring data integrity
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core WebAPI and handle data formats such as JSON and XML
- Collaborate with team members to conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and improve application performance and security
- Utilize tools like Git, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps to manage source control, deployments, and development workflows
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Strong expertise in .NET/C# and building applications with ASP.NET Core (MVC and WebAPI)
- Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with SQL and relational database design, preferably Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with source control (Git) and development tools such as Visual Studio and Azure DevOps
- Understanding of web application security best practices and experience conducting code reviews
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Compensation Package (Salary Transparency for US Based Employees)
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000+
- Salary is negotiable and the range can be increased based on qualifications, certifications and experience

Other Information
The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required. Salary dependent upon experience.
