Jacuzzi Group is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of FP&A to support the rapid growth of our Bath Remodel business. This critical role will work closely with senior executives to drive profitable expansion through scalable processes, data-driven planning, and insightful financial analysis. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and partner with cross-functional teams to translate initiatives into improved financial performance.
Responsibilities
Business and Financial Leadership
Provide subject matter expertise and consultation with a cross-functional team to drive profitable business plans. Examine financial performance, communicate results to management teams, investigate opportunities for profit enhancement and recommend actions that improve financial results. Work closely and partner with operations, marketing, sales, corporate accounting, and IT teams to deliver the best financial insight and accurate financial results and analysis. Drive data and insights to support operational cost improvements, margin enhancements and opportunities for the business.
Financial Planning & Operation Finance
- Develop KPIs and track the financial and operational performance across the markets we serve.
- Partner with operations leadership to develop labor productivity metrics and tools to better manage costs.
- Develop pricing analytics and partner with sales and marketing to improve conversion rates and profitability.
- Lead performance management reporting, forecast management, highlight and execute on risk management and business opportunities to deliver financial targets.
- Lead the process to build a bottom-up long range and annual operating plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Engage with leaders to deliver the results.
- Prepare management commentary and financial presentations.
- Synthesize data across our ERP, CRM, and other systems into clear insights and recommendations.
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
- Anticipate and foresee evolution of the financial aspects of the Company, inform management of trends, evolutions, risks, and opportunities.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Compensation is based on experience; $155K+ and annual bonus 20%

Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or related field
- Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University in accounting, finance, or a related field required; MBA strongly preferred
- Experience in home improvement, services, or retail industries preferred
- Experience with multi-site operations and financial reporting
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data storytelling capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite and Board-level audiences
- Ability to influence across functions and levels within the organization
- At ease operating effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Familiarity with multi-system environments, ERP/CRM integrations, and complex data flows
- Initiative-taking, curious, critical thinker with a high sense of urgency
