Belgium onlyAs a Field Service Technician with Jacobs Douwe Egberts, you will perform technical interventions to resolve issues affecting high-end coffee machines, primarily working in the Brussels region (south-west).
Requirements
- A2 degree in electronics/electricity
- Experience in a similar function (preference)
- Good technical knowledge and commercial/professional attitude towards customers
- Analytical skills to resolve technical issues
- Mastery of spoken Dutch and French
- Autonomy and ability to work in stressful situations
- Good organization and execution of activities
- B driving license
- BA4 safety certificate (or willing to obtain one)
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours and occasional service on weekends/afternoons
