Technicien machines à café - region sud-ouest Bruxelles

As a Field Service Technician with Jacobs Douwe Egberts, you will perform technical interventions to resolve issues affecting high-end coffee machines, primarily working in the Brussels region (south-west).

Requirements

• A2 degree in electronics/electricity
• Experience in a similar function (preference)
• Good technical knowledge and commercial/professional attitude towards customers
• Analytical skills to resolve technical issues
• Mastery of spoken Dutch and French
• Autonomy and ability to work in stressful situations
• Good organization and execution of activities
• B driving license
• BA4 safety certificate (or willing to obtain one)
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours and occasional service on weekends/afternoons
