What you will do:
Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
Own Tier 3+ escalations, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Enhance security posture across client environments, including EDR/XDR/MDR and SIEM.
The ideal candidate:
5+ years of experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
Strong networking background with a security-first mindset and excellent troubleshooting skills.
